When you book a vacation rental on evolve.com, you have access to your specific reservation’s details and policies within your Guest Account. To find the cancellation policy that applies to your Evolve booking, follow these steps:
- Log into your Guest Account
- On your homepage, find for “Your Upcoming Trips” and click on the booking you’re curious about
- Scroll to the bottom of the trip details page to read the cancellation policy that applies
- For more detail, you can click “Cancel Reservation” on the same page to open a window that shows a breakdown of what you’ve paid, the cancellation policy, and the timeline of the policy based on your check-in date
Please note: Clicking this Cancel Reservation button will not automatically cancel your booking. To do that, there are more steps required.
If you booked an Evolve home through a different site (not on evolve.com), please visit your account on that site or contact the site directly for information about canceling your booking.
