One advantage to our management approach is that when it comes to on-site home services, you get to decide what works best for you and your vacation rental goals — and you have options.
Here are the different ways you can choose to handle on-site services at your home:
1. Work With a Vetted Evolve Service Partner
Our team can introduce you to a trusted Evolve service provider we think would be a good fit to help with cleaning, stocking, serving as a Guest Contact if needed, and more. (Availability may vary based on location.)
2. Choose Your Own Professionals
You can always choose to work with a service provider you already know and trust to clean your home or serve as your Guest Contact (no extra fees for using your own connections). Just make sure they’re able to handle quick turnarounds when calendars are busy, and that they keep your property up to our standards.
3. Do It All Yourself
If you live near your rental property, you can opt to take on the responsibilities of the Guest Contact and/or complete your own cleaning and pre-stay walkthroughs. Just keep in mind: these responsibilities will require a lot of your time and availability.
Please note that if you choose to connect with an Evolve service partner or work with your own provider, you are responsible for coordinating payment and service logistics with them directly, while we’ll notify them of upcoming guest bookings.
