We will not tolerate threatening, harassing, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior. We reserve the right to cut ties with any owner, guest, partner, or vendor who refuses to adhere to this policy.
Evolve will not decline, cancel, or amend a booking based on a guest’s membership in any of the above classes.
Evolve will accommodate, and require our property owners to accommodate, guests who need a service animal. We will not decline, or charge an extra fee to, guests who need a service animal to assist with their disability. Service animals are not considered pets and this policy applies to all homes regardless of pet policies.
To allow guests to make informed decisions about the property they choose to rent, Evolve owners must provide factual information detailing a home’s accessibility, safety, and suitability for children.
