We always want to offer you an unforgettable stay, and we’re truly sorry that you had an issue on your vacation. Here’s the fastest way to get help.

Step 1: Call the Guest Contact found in your check-in instructions and report the issue within 24 hours. We know many travelers prefer email and text, but we’ve found that reaching out by phone is the quickest way to a resolution, so we recommend that method of contact first.

Step 2: Document the issue you are experiencing by making notes, taking photos, and saving any relevant receipts.

Step 3: Tell the Guest Contact exactly what happened, what documentation you have, and what you need done immediately to resolve the issue. From there, the two of you can work together to negotiate any further amends that need to be made.
