How do I cancel an owner booking?

Follow these steps to cancel an owner booking...

Please follow the steps below if you would like to cancel an owner booking. Be sure to cancel owner bookings as soon as you become aware of any available dates in order to increase your chances of receiving a guest booking.

  1. Log in to your Evolve Owner Account and click "Bookings" in the header navigation bar.
  2. In the list of bookings, locate the owner booking you would like to cancel and click the Reservation ID to view the detail page.
  3. Click the “Cancel Booking” button in the top right of the screen.
  4. A pop-out box will appear asking you to confirm that you’d like to cancel the booking. Click the “Cancel Booking” button. 
  5. Once you’ve cancelled the booking, double check your calendar to ensure that the booking no longer appears.
