How Do I Keep My Calendar Up to Date?

See why it's important to keep your booking calendar accurate at all times, and learn how to update your calendar in your Owner Account.

Guests can book your property in real time up to 13 months in advance through evolve.com and our partner sites, so it’s crucial for your calendar availability to be up to date at all times, as far in advance as possible.

Here’s how to view and update your calendar:

  1. Log into your Owner Account and select Bookings in the top navigation bar (or click on “View Booking Calendar” from the homepage)
  2. On the Bookings page, you can review your calendar to see all upcoming guest bookings and owner blocks at your property
  3. Here you can block time for personal use or maintenance needs, as well as modify or cancel existing owner blocks to open those dates for guests 

If a double booking occurs — say you’ve planned time at your rental but forgot to update the calendar, and then a guest booking comes in — you are expected to honor the Evolve guest booking and avoid cancellations unless absolutely necessary.
