Every time Evolve books your property, you’ll receive a confirmation email with information about that specific reservation.
The subject line that will appear in your inbox will be similar to: “Confirmed Reservation: Check-in 6/19/20XX at (Your Address)”
The reservation confirmation email will look something like this (the image below is just an example):
You'll see the check-in and check-out dates outlined at the top, along with the cancellation policy for that booking. Finally, you'll see your estimated payout amount. A detailed breakdown of all fees will be listed in your Owner Account. Also, please note that you may be responsible for remitting taxes for each confirmed booking.
To see detailed reservation information, click the "View Reservation Details" button to view the reservation in your Owner Account.
We encourage you to create a folder in your inbox only for Evolve communication. That way, any email we send to you won’t get lost in your inbox and can be filtered to this folder.
Pro-tip: This information (and so much more!) can also be found within your Owner Account.
