Evolve | How Do I Make Changes to My Property Listing?

Keeping your custom property listing accurate and up to date contributes to a smooth guest experience, helps you get more glowing reviews, and maintains compliance with our core property standards by making sure your home is always as advertised.

While we do ask you to submit a request through your Owner Account for changes like listing description inaccuracies or bedroom count adjustments, you can update several amenities, set your cleaning fee, and add your property’s tax ID, short-term rental license, or permit number(s) directly in your Owner Account.

Here’s how to do so:
After logging into your Owner Account, navigate to your Listings page and click on "Listing Details" for the property in question.

To make changes to your amenities, toggle over to the “Amenities” tab. Click the “Update Amenities” button and adjust your list as needed.
To make changes to your cleaning fee, toggle over to the “Fees & Rules” tab. Click the pencil icon next to your current fee to edit.
To submit documentation of your tax ID, short-term rental license, or permit number(s), toggle over to the “Licenses” tab. Click the “Create” button to add the necessary information.

Note that any changes made to your amenities or cleaning fee will be reflected on your live listing immediately on evolve.com and within 24 hours on other listing sites.

It is our team’s responsibility to make sure the headline, general description on your property listing, and any relevant photo captions are accurately updated, so our team is notified when you make changes in your Owner Account. From there, we will review and make any necessary updates to the above areas within 72 business hours.

If you have input a change that can affect an existing guest reservation (i.e. your hot tub has been removed), please notify us immediately by calling 877.818.1014.
